The Horseshoe Inn, Kilmichael Glassary, Lochgilphead, PA31 8QA. Good Beer Guide 2007. On the A816 to Oban, three miles north of Lochgilphead and in the historic Kilmartin Glen, is The Horseshoe Inn. The Inn serves good food and real ales. The non-smoking dining room offers a varied menu and the portions are generous. Children and pets are welcome. The Inn is the ideal base for those wishing to explore the surrounding area and accommodation is available here. Guest rooms are comfortable, have en-suites and complementary tea and coffee making facilities. The Horseshoe Inn also has a self catering flat which can be booked by the week or on a nightly basis.
